Hey ladies! So my daughter Blaire had a school carnival coming up to celebrate Halloween. I was debating dressing up for awhile but the parent with the best costume got a free month’s tuition, so I thought – what the heck.
Well of course I had nothing, especially appropriate for a kids carnival, so I was scrolling through IG when I came across one of my favorite bloggers, @CMCoving. She looked adorable, and totally convinced me that it would be easy and quick!
So cute right? How creative! I totally have a tan slip, and everyone owns black leggings, I think I have a few Starbucks’ cups in my car, lets do it!
I went off to JoAnn Fabrics to get some green acrylic paint (a whole dollar spent) and several sheets of white felt. I followed Southern Curls & Pearls easy directions, and she was totally right. SUPER EASY & FAST. and voila! Here is my take on her “Frappuccino” look. I also made a little headband for extra whip cream. I just took a black cotton headband that I already had and it worked like a charm. Thanks for the inspo Caitlyn!
